Just joined this well set up forum, reading and learning a fair bit about its operation and support,seems to be a good bit of knowledge out there,thanks to all of you experimenters and tinkerers! My son introduced me to the delights of coffee makers about two years ago,as some members have already said "doesn't matter what sort of coffee machine one uses,it's the coffee beans that count towards the final product". My coffee machine is a cheap >$50 model that never stops working and with nothing but clear rain water, never seems to need a clean out. Just got a old sunbeam EM4800 that needs some work to take me to the next level,some seals etc and it will be good.
