Thought I should say Hi. Names Whoosha - got it from a basketball training session where I took out 2 of my own team mates in scrimage games. Got the taste for home coffee making about 2yrs ago with my purchase of a Sunbeam EM6910 and EM0480 grinder. Still have them but upgraditus is taking hold, only thing holding it back from actually occurring is paying for school fees. I got the feeling this forum is great source of information and a great group of like minded people. Although I am not quite as passionate as most on here. Married - still on 1.0 - i dont know how she can put up with me. Kids - have 2 Grew up on the family farm - wheat, sheep, and pigs. Nothing like family slave labour, although it was some of the greatest times of my life (so far anyway). Came to the big smoke for final years of school and uni. At Uni I enrolled to do accounting, failed the first unit so decided to do Marketing. Like many Marketting graduates I ended up working in a call centre. Worked in banking for 15yrs, most of that managing projects. Then did a couple of years consulting/contracting and now look after wood poles for a utility. Hope to fix up my tired (and neglected) old EM6910 - any tips/help would be great (doesnt backflush - blockage of calcium etc i suppose due to me neglecting it. But I want to make amends - I have started by now supplying her with filtered water out of a Bombora set up. Whoosha
