No mate, I cant tell the difference in the cup, the advantage of the HG-One is that my wife can use it. She never took to the Pharos as it was a bit hard for her to use. I think because the HG-One sits beside the Izzo and is easy to use she fell in love with it straight away - the design/aesthetics help too! For mine the Pharos and HG-One are in a class of their own, there is no other manual grinders with this size commercial burrs in them and the consistency of grind and forgiving nature of big conical burrs mean very little adjustment is required.
