One excavator is drilling Screw piers like a mosquito

Koffee_Kosmo

What is the project C Man Is it an extension or a front yard landscaping project KK

Hey C-man, Ugly looking view you have to deal with 😉 I suspect it is a little lighter on the breeze front than the SW gales Bean Flying gets of the Southern Ocean  :stir

derrilex

Ahhhh sand. So easy to dig, so easy to build on, so easy to screw pier. Building on the ground C- man, tsk tsk tsk 😃 😃. I'm pretty sure I almost bought a place in that street

C-man

finally a slab!

Koffee_Kosmo

That was quick work Is this extension design going to take advantage of the Sunshine Coast sea views KK

Lacehim

Great work C-Man. You move fast, you'll have it done by next friday! lol. Only kidding. 😉 I'll have to pop over for an inspection some time. So what's going on the ground floor? A garage I assume, but what else. It's a pretty big block you have and the house is going to be massive when you've finished! I know where the next social is going to be on the Sunshine coast! 😉

So do brickies still work on a $1 cut, $1 to lay and above 6 foot she's $1.50.. I suspect those bricks incur a surcharge due to weight... So assume $2.50 a brick to lay! Never seen a poor brickie and would never want to mess with one!

derrilex

The last blocky crew I worked with charged $3 per block and $3 per block to lay. Prick of a job.

I'd prefer Laying and cutting to rendering! I hate rendering!!!

Koffee_Kosmo
