No such luck, but my own fault..... Hadn't used it for quite some time and has been sitting on the bottom of my roasting trolley, obviously collecting coffee dust...... Gave it a cursory clean and fired it up.... literally!! At second crack, smoke galore, error message, opened the door and ....... WOOF!!!!!! Ahh well, Natalie and I thought it was pretty humourous eventually... Should have seen the beans..... or should I say cinders....
