The Em6910 replaces the EM6900, which was the earlier model which had most of the teething problems The main reason I like it is that its the only machine in its class that allows you to steam milk and extract coffee at the same time, whilst still pulling a great shot You have to spend much more than this on a high-end machine to get the same features elsewhere - Yes, I've heard all about the teething problems but the aftersales service is supposed to be excellent The man problem with all machines in this price bracket it temperature stability, but learning how to temperature surf is (in my opinion) one of the joys of making coffee! P
