at home ive got a rancilio epoca - but I've snapped off the cheesy plastic sides and replaced them with stainless, and Ive whacked a synesso steam tip on the steam wand - and this seems to work gangbusters! Im also in the process of replacing the plastic console on the front with stainless, should be done in a few weeks! And Ive got a gene cafe roaster, and a mazzer super jolly at home, as well as an atomic stovetop, and a sunbeam em6900 in excellent working order! at work ive got a kees van der westen mirage triplette classicio, and a robur, plus a major, 2 x hario cold drips, and a syphon! not too mention several clever coffee drippers for pour over coffee - which is my preferred method of preparation at the moment!
