I am wondering why 'manual extraction' methods are so unpopular??? Not in a negative way, just a complete lack of interest. On the other hand my Rossa HC is numbered four hundred and something. (He etches the serial number under the main body seal) Assuming Ross started at 001, that's a pretty impressive sales result, for such a specialised device that is only really marketed by word of mouth and an informational website. Some have struggled to achieve desired results, although I put that down to operator shortcomings. Talking about espresso coffee; There are certainly a whole lot of devices and paraphernalia that deliver mediocre or ordinary, at best, results. There are of course exceptions that deliver stellar results. It's almost feels like a guarded secret to be kept by the privileged few, only spoken about in hushed enclaves. No, it's not that either. I think it's a total lack of interest... But Why is it so? Curious minds want to know?
