So I got myself a Strega, a much wanted and long delayed upgrade. I'm still taming it but I have pulled maybe 20 odd shots on it so far with a good strike rate. I think my HG-One still needs bedding it a bit, creama has a tendency to be a bit thin but it may be due to finding the right technique for this machine. Here is a latte I just made on the machine, good tiger flecking, steaming needs improvement from slow steam with the Breville DB which is so easy to get great micro-foam with this is more of a challenge because it's over in about 5 seconds.
