GaryatGala Fellow Coffee Forum members Please forgive me. I have a confession. My wife and I had coffee made with Old Town 3 in 1 coffee sachets, bought from the chinese grocery store. The shame.. Tasted all right...

Those 3in1 are a good choice when desperate. In my Asian trips that's all I drink. ABC 3in1.
GaryatGala Bless your heart Geekopi. Have had worse coffee made on decent equipment but with bad technique by ill trained baristas from franchised outlets. Some of them even worse than blend 43 coming out of country petrol stations. [emoji13]

I have never tried them so I have to ask is the shame in drinking them or in the fact they taste ok 😃?

Cuir_Beluga Forgive me all, I have sinned.. I am currently drinking a double latte, if there is such a thing, out of a soup mug :coffee2:.

Cuir_Beluga Clearly I am quite the sinner here so I may as well confess something else......I add sweetener to my coffee and I am putting this down to my not being able to pick out certain notes so as of now I am going to stop adding sweetener in the hope that it will make a difference.
Brett_H Pfft... That's not really a sin. How's this for a sin: I made a long black on decaf, added a shot and a bit of cognac then topped it with whipped cream. If I go to hell I'll certainly feel no pain!
kbilleter Not sure if this sinful - maybe just a little deviant. Added some peach infused mineral water to espresso the other day. Not sure what prompted me. It was ... actually quite drinkable. Doubt I'll make a habit of it though
GeekKopi I had an espresso with sugar today. I need the calories as I was told I lost weight the last two weeks. Never again. Suweet ended up being too sweet with a little sugar.
Brett_H Do you have a health condition mate? I suffered severe weight loss a few years ago and was told by a hospital nutritionist to have cheese with every meal. Fixed that problem and then some

Fixed that problem and then some  the condition is called lack of sleep and not eating enough. KFC zinger fixed that tonight. [emoji38] When you say severe weight loss how much did you lose?
