Did the postman bring anything nice today?

They look beautifully made but if I'm brually honest they're not my cup of tea. Still if they showed up at my place I would undoubtedly enjoy drinking from them. Just no photos please.

The postman brought me heaps of Pigeon bottles after trial and error of other brand such as medela, closure to nature etc. the pigeon bottles have worked like a charm today. She is so hungry that my wife can't keep up so baby needs a formula top up. #milkbar

Sounds like someone has quite an appetite Geek. I had to do the supplementary feeding for a couple of weeks with Ben but he was a huge baby ^-^.

Got my modified Rancilio Epoca back from repairs recently, then it started hissing steam as soon as the boiler heated up - so I sent it back again before going on holiday Fingers crossed I pick it up again tomorrow in working order ! Good thing I've got the Sunbeam Cafe Series to fall back upon !

Today I got 1/2 kg of MyCuppas Barista Blend and 1/2 kg of Yirgy, just in good time too, I was drinking my last cuppa from last fortnights order.

well I just ordered and went in a different direction. The description of Centre Way sounded too good so I pulled the trigger. Has anyone tried it?

Got my coffee machibe baxk in A1 working condition - and new group seal means that it's much more ergonomic to use To celebrate I had a few folks over for coffee thus morning and served up some of my home roast png organic Naturals - which came up a treat ! Also giving my recently purchased Behmor Plus a bit of a workout, and loving the results - I do find however that it struggles with the maximum pay load in this cold weather, but cutting back marginally on the amount of beans that I'm using seems to do the trick ...

That cold spell over there must be playing havoc with coffee roasting especially for those who have to do it outdoors.. Even the queenslanders had snow which is unusual. Heading for another drought here in WA. Plenty of warm and fine weather.

Oh! Nice coffee sign ! And yeah, cold spell not great for coffee roasting - I dropped my batch size down to 300g because 400g was not cutting it - the larger roast size was coming up a bit short in my preferred roast profile - even allowing for the added time extensions on the Behmor Suppose I could always do a preheat but with glass heating elements I expect the temperature to come up to spec pretty quickly No such problems with the coretto - but it's been a bit too cold to roast outside All in all though can't complain as I've been drinking great coffee and getting s*** done and I guess that's the main thing!

Nice sign Sue. My Mycuppa order came and apparently the postman attempted delivery. Yeah right. There is a card in my letterbox so I'll need to pick it up after 4pm. #austpostslack

Thanks Coffeeguy and Geek, at least this one arrived in better shape than the last one :thumb:. Aust Post are a bit slack at times, touch wood I have had no dramas with them yet. I do hate the after 4pm pick up though. Todays goodies that arrived are a sachet of Grindz and a non coffee related body lotion 😛.

I have ordered today 500g of the Centre Way along with some Eco Grinder Cleaner, so you and I can post some "in the cup" results soon. I occasionally compare the professional roasts against my operation of the JYR and this Centre Way sounds very interesting. I am also running low on browns and have learned that I need to allow longer rest times from the JYR. Looking forward to the Postman bringing things nice! 😛

sounds good Kevo. I picked up my Centreway just before. I'll pull a shot tomorrow morning and try it black and report.
