Here's a little trick that works, have not seen it mentioned anywhere else. One of the things I missed on the Pav was the lack of a cup warmer, was having to warm the cup under the hot water tap For a single cappuccino size cup, place your cup upside down on the boiler cap of the machine before you turn the power on, an espresso cup sits nicely on top of the lever pivot point, by the time the machine is up to temperature the cup is well and truly warm and ready to go, love it. ;D
