Well....yup it could be the start of our drive through cafe... Had another look this morning. There appears to have been further movement since Saturday, and the first builder to take a look threw a preliminary figure of a hundred thou into the fray..... That could of course come off when he does a proper assessment and quote, but geeeeeezzzzzz !!!! Lucky we have *properlike* insurance, and a very good long standing relationship with the broker who told us to just go ahead and git-er-done (and that's easier said than done).
