Hahaha ah wouldn't that look swell! XD Already got the V60, Aeropress and plunger tucked in there.. that and a Slayer, surely that would be fine... 😃

I didn't see it as sneaky... more of a natural growth pattern. When an ecosystem is healthy, it grows! Feed that rainforest Simon, feed it well!

Simon

Haha now that is definitely making sense, it must be healthy then! XD

A pic of my current home setup 🙂 Black Profitec Pro 500 and Eureka Atom

Simon

Ah a VERY swish setup Paul, nice! Have looked into the Atom, it's had awesome reviews from what I hear.. am so tempted but I just don't know if I can justify 4 grinders... XD

Brett_H

What the heck is that and why don’t I know about it?? Off to google!

Yep. It’s a surprise package. First thoughts were “ugly” but after I used one I wanted one 🙂 ...and I have really warmed to it’s looks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

The 2 models I am looking at are from Auber Instruments. One is the Delux model $149 and the other is the Delux model with steam control for $187. EDIT: Please refer to site rules I have done some various searches but I have no yet seen any descriptions on whether it is worth it to get the steam control. The only post I found on another forum seemed to indicate that the steam control isn't a separate PID control (not really sure what is meant by that). My initial thought is that I would go without the steam control and just watch the temperature indicator to see when the light switched off. I would then know when to start my steam by just beginning a few degrees before the light is set to go off. Thoughts? The reason I am looking at the Auber is twofold, (1) I like the style of it and how it seems to visually integrate with the machine and (2) is is less costly then others I have seen.

Hi Pollo and welcome. I Reckon you've got your post in the wrong place mate. Where did you intend this to go?

I was hoping for grind by weight and a Stainless finish. Perhaps version 2.0...??

They are closely related. The serial numbers may be adjacent. Made in December 2015. I have a great funnel, no mess, thanks KK! No buyers regret. The Robur is just big enough for home use and light at 62 pounds. Seriously it is weird that it works so well and is so easy to live with for home use. I sold the Kony to someone on CS and he loves it too. The compensation with these grinders is impeccable grind quality and they will last forever....well more or less. Thanks. Very happy with it. KK gave me his funnel which means wastage is less than any other grinder I have owned. It is quick and quiet. The Wega Mini Nova Classic seems to be a well kept secret. Rotary and plumbed in. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Thanks Paul. The grinder was too good a deal to resist. The Wega I have had for well over a year and works perfectly. Nice simple HX machine. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Both look great. Both will still look just as good in ten years. Buy quality, not problems. G Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
