I'll definitely have a think guys, but at a loss of ideas hehe! Will try to post more pics etc, and I guess it comes down to why everyone individually uses the forum. I like it for the connection and sense of community, as I have literally no one around I can discuss and share my passion for coffee with, which is why I joined the forums. I love discussing all things coffee, especially the technical side of different techniques, espresso extraction tips, latte art, roasting, manual brewing, and just generally how to work towards improving and getting the best drink possible. And it's very much a deeper process for me in aiming towards improving, perfecting the process and trying to reach that god shot hehe. Funnily I've never been into the different espresso machines, gizmos and pics of them (certainly still appreciate them), but love the learning aspect, so it's great being able to discuss these sorts of things for me. Will have a ponder!
