managed to get a roast out this morning of some png okapa fresh off the boat - not to sure about the grading, which seems to have slipped somewhat with this last shipment, but the results in the cup speak for themselves As per usual had one kid stuck in the top of the wardrobe, and another screaming for me to turn on playschool, just as the roast was about to hit second crack, so I dropped the temperature back to 150C - and did a quick circuit of the house like a mad man, and put everything in place and then rushing the roast to the shed for a quick cool down with my industrial fan! Oh the joys and perils of coffee making !
