I'm in the three cup per day category, how good is that. ;)

Blimey DB .. I've cut back from 3 cups a day to 2 most days. Might need to sneak back up to 3 by the looks -->  :coffee2:  :coffee2:  :coffee2:

Oh .. hang on? That's 2 Mugs with a double shot in each. That's equivalent to 4 .. right.  :thumb:

Think it's time for some heart medication right now  8)

Dunno about you guys, but something didn't add up for me in this paragraph from the article:
"Their findings showed the calcium ratios were 0.77 for people who had less than one cup per day, 0.66 for those having one to three cups every day, 0.59 for those consuming three to five cups per day, and 0.81 for people having at least five cups or more every day compared with non-coffee drinkers."
If the ratio gets smaller from the less than 1 cup (0.77) down to the 0.59 for the 3 to 5 cups, how is it that the at least 5 or more cups jumps back up to 0.81?

Not only that, I am sure the benefits they're promoting only come from tests drinking the non milk, syrupy choc laced coffee.  :stir
It amuses me when these articles arise, they are almost always accompanied by a "latte" coffee picture!  :tearhair:
