What's the poop with Golden Audi A4's?

Service is the ability to smile beyond a cracked tooth. In the arena we find ourselves, the positions and players still aim for the same goals....service, repeat business and healthy margins.

There is a growing number of roasters, a trend toward industry standards and accreditations. You can change your coffee, your CUP overnight without greatly offending your bread and butter.

Competition is real and WE ARE STUPID.

If we as industry quaffers went to our local friendly and found a diferant brew cupping WE would believe the script our barista was reading.

Inflated bean prices pay off better and better machines. Umbrella's are blocking more and more sun!
Cash bonus' seem real and ethical like our free range, par bake rolls!

Anyone done the real maths on a kilo of beans, an assured within the hour service call, a group head hardly used and the coffee wasted to get great extraction EVERY DAY?

A Certified, Accredited Barista playing with old, corporate paint?

The fringe standards expected from new shops to existing flagships are leading the industry to... to...

MONOPOLY.

And it will change nothing with the sale of your business.
