Haha as soon as someone said AM had disappeared it took me a whole two minutes, if that to find him, I have been reading this forum for a while though as it's one of the first ones recommended to me when I first started my journey :)

Geetings all !

"Redzone" here, but now days using "Beanlab" as a handle !

Reformed Alcoholic/Druggy and general pain in the butt to society, now father of 4
exceptional children and husband to Ginny with our 20th wedding anniversary this year.

Both fulltime Personal Trainers (nearly 30 years for me) and part time roaster and full-time coffee freak.

Followed my online mates here, and really enjoy keeping in contact with and learning from my Aussie friends via forums and the odd trip across the ditch.

Nice kits. Expensive, but nice. I put the parts together myself for the gaggia - doesn't look as elegant, but it still made a heck of a difference to the shot consistency

I bought the pidkits.com one as I heard that the instructions were easy to follow.

They were good so I was able to do it myself. I think my coffee is better now

I have a point and click Canon 850 IS digital, but my other gear is still 35mm film
Need to try my hand on a DSLR again but there is to much choice ? and harder than coffee
