Hi Everybody, just a quick heads up.
Free cafe startup workshop for baristas looking to strike out on their own.
Its free and theres no selling involved. Its at the Ducale Laundry in Potts Point.
Lease negotiation techniques, rental benchmarks and sales projections for new cafes.
Its a good head start for aspiring cafe owners.
First Laundry Session is at 3.30pm, Monday 4 June 2012

Cheers and beers

This is an excellent offer for any budding future business owners

One limitation is that our members are spread far and wide across Australia
I know of one member that would be interested from Perth

Yep, most of the content is applicable Australia wide.

Plans afoot for Melbourne in a couple of months.

Any questions on specifics from intetstaters are welcome.

Hi Cafelawyer,

Forgive my sense of humour but are you a barrister or a barista? - hopefully both cos then you'll be able to afford really expensive coffee equipment..

Hope youre not sick of these jokes
