Finca Alaska 600gr in KKTO - Run hard on the full 235C after a 5 min drying cycle. Pulled just as a few puffs of smoke signalled second crack was imminent, and cooled in 25s to ambient. - Result: Black tea, bergamot, grapefruit. Great as a black coffee, needs maybe a darker roast for a single origin milk drink, though I think it'll benefit from blending if in milk.
