Managed to run a quick roast today during a 20 min break to fix broken dryer (multi-tasking again). Nothing fancy, 200gram Brazil dulce, 30gram Indian elk Hill Arabica. 11:40 to first crack, pulled 16:00 just prior to rolling second. Espresso roast Why those beans? They came to hand. Was going to do single origin, then I thought, why not have both?
