After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

  • Welcome Neil to our wonder sponsors list. We love our sponsors  :D
  • Cool, there must be a site policy where we only get the good sponsors on Crema... Neil, I'm loving the VST basket and the coava disk - thanks mate!
  • Welcome to Crema Neil great to  see you as a sponsor I am enjoying the Nicaraguan RFA SHG "La Bastilla" (Green) from my last order very nice :P Cheers Gra..
  • Ministry Grounds Coffee is all about one thing: supplying traceable, ethically-sourced, specialty single-origin estate and small farm coffees of exceptional quality to discerning coffee drinkers and home roasters. In particular, we are pround to sell many of the extraordinary coffees sourced by Mercanta and bought to Australia by Melbourne Coffee Merchants - including exclusive micro lots and Cup Of Excellence coffees. A special service to home roasters interested in some of the best coffees available in Australia In addition we roast-to-order any of the beans in stock in a manner designed to draw out the best qualities of each origin, and ship those anywhere in Australia. To top it off, we carry a small, select range of coffee-related hardware, including Kyocera and Porlex hand grinders, VST Precision Filter Baskets, Coava Disks and the Mahlkonig Vario grinder. Ministry Grounds Coffee is run by Neil & Robyn Atwood, and we started in earnest early in 2009, but has it's roots back a further 6-7 years, sourcing single bags of green coffee to split between a small group of home roasters (for those who remember Ozgreens!). An awful lot has changed in that time, but one thing hasn't: Our commitment to quality, honesty, openness and transparency. We are delighted to sponsor the Crema forum - we love the qualities of knowledge and friendliness shown by participants here and look forward to contributing positively to that. The Ministry Grounds store can be found here: http://ministrygrounds.com.au The Ministry Grounds blog is here: http://blog.ministrygrounds.com.au And we're always contactable via the store's Contact form.
  • Thanks for the welcome guys... And forgive me when I fail to connect the names I may know you by with your profile names here! Cheers

You don't know me (phew for you), but welcome as a sponsor. Haven't ever bought off you, but looking at what you stock I'll certainly add you to my list. Every time I think I won't buy greens for a while, I find a new place that has something unique that I want :(

Thanks Richard... and it's all part of the Grand Plan to persuade home roasters to keep building their stash!  :)
  • A little late to post, as work commitments kept me from the computer & to welcoming you as our newest sponsor Regards KK
  • Welcome to the friendly forum Neil and Robyn.  I have bought off Neil and can report back that his after sales support is as good as his great and growing range of products/produce.  I bought my Behmor from Neil and when there was an issue with a board he repaired the roaster and most importantly tested it thoroughly thus discovering a fault "further up the line." That quality of service was much appreciated given I'm in Brisband and the postage on an item that size isn't cheap.  What's more his quality of service saved me time and frustration.  Thanks Neil!
