Much as some of it is a beat up of the hopefully changing for the better of US coffee by some baristas pushing a better brew. Still makes for an interesting read.

Some good points but an espresso is not a double ristretto - they're two different beverages with different flavour profiles - and no grind to go? Give me a break !

interesting one Bf - have to say it sort of re-inforces we're way ahead of US coffee culture, at least as far as the East coast of US goes.. or perhaps our consumers are too shy to disagree and just accept what they're given?? dR
