I've noticed that food blogging is becomin really quite popular in Australia, to the extent that a lot of our own bloggers here are achieving the same measure of profile that their counterparts in UK and US have enjoyed for a while.

I, however, have no idea what the community is like. How does one go about encouraging a blogger to come to your workplace to cast a discerning eye, no matter how critical or disapproving their resulting post may be?

agreed and boost your media profile in every way possible - but you had better be have confidence in your product as some bloggers hide behind their relative anonymity to be absolutely scathing based upon god-knows-what credentials!
