After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

ECM Best grinder for sale
G'day all,
After succumbing to a recent bout of 'upgradeitis', I have been informed by my lovely wife that there isn't enough room on the bench for 2 grinders, so I have to let my ECM Best grinder go to a new home.
The grinder is almost 3 years old and has been extremely well cared for, as the photos indicate. I'll have a 'guesstimate' that its ground about 75kg of coffee, and the burrs are still in excellent condition.
The specs for the grinder are:
- 54mm burrs,
- 300 Watt motor,
- adjustable dose 5-10g
- 145mm x 240mm x 380mm (WxDxH),
- 8kg.
This grinder is stepped, however the steps are quite small. It is finished in polished alloy and looks great. This grinder is a very solid piece of kit and will last for a lifetime. It comes with the instruction manual and original packaging. There is a group handle fork which goes under the doser (I took it off for cleaning & it's back on now). There is also a black tray which sits under the doser as well.
There are some minor scratches inside the doser window where I have used a pastry brush to clean inside the doser.
There are a few options for delivery:-
- Pick up from my house,
- I can get a quote for a courier or postage via Auspost.
- I visit Canberra regularly, so I'm happy to bring it up.
I'm asking for $500 for it. PM me for any details.
