After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.
optimal water treatment for commercial machines
Hi,
has anyone experience with optimal water treatment for commercial machines and how to determine if not all is well.
We were initially advised to use a single cartridge with triple combination sediment/carbon/scale-inhibiting for our ECM.
We have changed the cartridge every 3 months.
After 18 months I now find that the waterspout needs constant cleaning because of sediment/scale built up and I'm worried that other parts of the machine might be affected as well.
The coffee machine tech guy seems to think it is normal and nothing can be done to properly clean and avoid such built
up.
I find that somehow hard to believe and I'm worried that it eventually will affect the performance of the machine not to mention the taste of our coffees.
