After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Gwilym interview
Hi guys, Gwilym Davies - 2009 World Barista champ - has been over here on a promotional tour and I did a phone interview with him [unfortunately couldn't make it to either the Sydney or Melb. event].
He came across as an extremely humble and knowledgeable guy - will post excerpts from the interview up shortly, but one thing we agreed on, is that at the top end, the standard of Australian coffee is the equal of anywhere in the world!
