Hi All,
I found this on a web site today, and it is a medical term apparently.

ESPRESSO WRIST: Pain in espresso coffee machine operators from strong wrist motions required to make the coffee.

Any one found any more excuses or used any??

Yeah tired of customers saying their coffee is cold, when it fact it just wasn't served at 4000 degrees, enough to give the you know whats and go home for the day The fiend  >:(
