After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.
im wondering who else out there has experienced surprise at the taste of aged coffee
and by age i mean two or more weeks of age.
i was surprised by mistake today with a sumatran that had been left to age (by mistake)
since no other choice was available , it had to be used up. turned out to be very earthy , medium
in body , had some spicey flavours , a little acidity with a liqourice overtone - in espresso
as for the 3/4 latte all these flavours carried through to my surprise.
my question is who else has experienced something similiar? , what origin was it? and what did you taste?
cheers
