After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.
When you purchase a Bezzera, you get a lovely 'welcome pack' shipped to you out of the blue a little while later. It contains a bunch of nice little items that are useful, attractive and make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Derrilex can attest to how good that blue Bezzera cloth is.
Well shortly after I received the set, a big chunk just fell out of the cup handle without any apparent damage. These things happen and as it was a gift-like thing I didn't feel like hassling Bezzera about. I mentioned it to KK however and on Friday TWO replacement cups and a second microfibre cloth arrived completely out of the blue.
This is the essence of building good customer relationships - not necessarily the giving of free stuff, but the going above and beyond.
I was already a happy Bezzera owner - this kind of thing just makes me a passionate one.
