Slick video but I will always go for an espresso over a siphon and tea... May as well be drinking draw-liners. Good theatrics though!

I love a good syphon or pour-over as much as the next person but I fail to see what a new fangled device will add to the brew profile except for serious blig factor which personally I'd rather spend on a quality espresso machine...
