Very sad Would it be more prudent to sell the business and authorise/licence the technology for a percentage of sales KK

sad news; I wonder how Dan Fitzsimmonds ['The Coffee Roaster' in Sydney is doing - see: www.coffee.com.au. He took the Sivitz concept and has done some pretty cool things with it... A

Ps he calls it the 'Chinook' coffee roaster, but am pretty sure it's based on the Sivitz design.

I have read up quite a bit about it in the past when I was lookin at building a roaster KK

I'm still yet to see a coffee roaster that would look the goods in an average kitchen, they either look like microwaves or popcorn makers - nothing that's stainless and stylish. Sivetz was industrial in every aspect, but the fluidised bed is an excellent design.
