After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.
i go to uni (when i get a chance) in Ballarat (rural Victoria). a new roaster has been opening soon for a while,
just got their probat from germany, and first impressions from the name "bean barn" aside, they say on their site that after roasting and cooling they say "the coffee beans are rested for a few days before being blended or packaged for sale." my understanding was that the beans were shipped straight away, used in store, or sealed almost immediately after cooling...
any roasters, i'm keen to hear of the roasting process
and whether or not to try these people's coffee...
