Rancillo S24 adjusting the OPV

I thought I would start a new thread just in Case someone is searching for this information,

S24 and most likely other S models come from the factory with a non adjustable OPV set at 12 bar

but you can take them apart and remove 3 of the 4 small ss washers inside to bring it down to 9 Bar as I did.

I found this by trial and error using the gauge I rigged up.

How much of a change in bar pressure is observed per washer ? Reason I ask is that I prefer the OPV set at just over 9 bar KK

Well there was 4 washers when it was running at 12 bar and I removed 3 of them I get 9 bar mostly with a 10 bar peak It has a 15 bar pump I would imagine, so do the math, roughly 1 bar per washer, but not exactly.
