After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Ingredients [ oz | cl ]
1 1/2 oz Irish Whisky
5 oz Coffee
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsps Heavy Milk Cream
Method: Prepare in glass
Preheat the mug
Whisk the cream slightly in a bowl so that it takes shape - don't whip it!
Pour the whisky and the sugar in the mug and mix them
Add the coffee
Carefully pour the thickened cream on the top using the back of a spoon. It will float on top
