After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Morning all, it's been a long time since I posted regularly here, although I do lurk.
Logged in last night and noted significant changes since my last visit, not least of which it seems chat has disappeared from the home page, won't dwell on that, however older Crema members will recall my feeling on the subject, have always had a soft spot for this forum, so will try to be a little more active from now on.
After looking around I PM'd Brett H, asking for an update on this forum and changes that had occurred, his very friendly response prompted this post (will reply to your PM later Brett)
We have enjoyed a number of overseas trips since I was here last, the highlight being a month in Italy earlier this year, won't be doing it again, loved the country as well as the food, coffee and history, hated the bloody stairs, seemed everything we visited involved climbing a bloody mountain (this included accommodation) my knees will never be the same again, Heather is off over there again next year to do a painting workshop in Tuscany, I'm meeting her in Bangkok on her way home, we plan to spend a couple of weeks around Mae Hong Song then back to OZ.
Will keep this short.
