After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Mini Vivaldi II issues...

edited January 1970 in Espresso Machines
Hi all
So my beloved La Spazialle mini Vivaldi II had come a cropper. Started behaving strangely with espresso with no crema like it used to and then the other morning it started making the most horrible groaning sound (have a video but the file size is quite hefty) with no water coming out despite full tank. Any ideas what might be cause? Or a recommended service centre in Perth? Thanks

  • Hi mate and welcome.  With video files you're best off uploading to YouTube or Vimeo and posing the link here.  Sounds like a technician job mate.  Gary is our man in Perth so hopefully he will be along to advise you of a good reliable agent.  That's a great machine and the problem shouldn't be too tricky for th right tech.  All the best and welcome!
  • Hello Sindirt and welcome to this great forum. From my best knowledge, 3 centers come to mind based on their quality service. Dimmattina,s in Osbourne Park. Supreme Machines in Rivervale. Espresso Works in O'Connor. The Vivaldi is a great machine and we hardly ever come across problems by proud owners. If the machine requires parts, it may take a while as with a lot of things that are specialist items. Give the machine a full service while you,re at it and it will give many cups of great coffee back for you. Let us know how you went so that others in Perth can benefit.[emoji3] Gary.
  • Great stuff!  Many thanks Gary!!!
