After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Hi I’m new I have a Breville dual boiler with the Breville grinder Im using vivo coffee , I’m grinding 18 grams and grinding a single does at a time any suggestions on the settings on the coffee grinder, I’m getting roughly 30ml to 20 sec pour but it’s still bitter and my puck is wet I’ve tried finer and courser but cannot get it right some help please thanks
