After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Get them to say 'yes' with coffee
Here's a little snippet from the newswires:
Research from the University of Queensland has shown that people are more easily persuaded by advertising when they've been drinking coffee.
'The researchers say a caffeine hit improves our ability to process information and increases the extent to which we listen to and take on board a persuasive message. The experiments showed that "caffeine increases persuasion through instigating systematic processing of the message".
But caffeine also puts people in a better mood, which makes them more likely to agree with a message, the researchers say'.
Sounds like a good message for a Friday night - maybe we need to resurrect Pinot's Bar open at 3.00pm thread?
