Yes but if you want a complete staff member then style, rapport building skills, training skills, business input.  Being good at making coffee is just the start for any barista. Ristretto  8)

A barista is a professional who is highly organised quick and guides themselves by quality, someone who is able to train and teach others, a delegator but above all else there are no short cuts the hopper is cleaned out at the end of each shift the grinder is constantly checked for grind consistency and always a clean work space.

1 Tbs. of "Instant Barista Mix". 1 Cup of Crema. Add sugar to remove any bitterness. Cook on a low heat for 45mins. Allow to cool. Goes well with Gelato & Cakes. ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) EF
