After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.
Syrups, Powders and Potions in Coffee shops or Cafes
Interested in what industry people in particular think about this topic as most of the coffee nuts amongst us certainly wouldn't drink them (at least I hope you don't)
I have been helping sort out a little issue with a major franchised coffee outlet nearby and I spent over an hour yesterday just sitting back behind the counter watching. Fairly staggering the percentage of doctored coffees be they white chocolate mochas to hazelnut syrups to other various concoctions. My guesstimate would be approaching 30% of drinks were not the more standard unadulterated espresso based milk drinks.
So to this end is the specialty coffee market doing themselves a financial disservice by not having them or if they have them not promoting them more? Should the people promoting these drinks be burnt at the stake?
