After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

James St cry-babies
OK, most in Brisbane are probably aware of the media attention that Campos and the James st markets have received of late. Long story short Campos isn't part of the markets but their store fronts the markets and the owner of the markets intends to put a wall up to stop Campos customers accessing the site via the markets property.
Talk about sour grapes, when will retailers wake up and realise that competition brings more customers to an area and everyone benefits. So in future if people need to walk up the long alley to access Campos and its as busy as it was this morning, instead of being able to go to another cafe if they desire they will probably just order a takeaway and consume on the long trek back around to the markets where they will no doubt have other shopping to do.
The owners of james st say parking is an issue, but do they really expect people not to park at the other end of the markets car park and walk down the alley, nd what about people that cant park at the markets and park at the frontage of Campos, please if you're that concern then start validating parking. I like most wont have a problem with that because I dont go to james st for just one retailer, I go for the variety.
