After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

What happens when cash flow gets short - caffeine fix
Sunday mail to day.
There was a little blurb about how to get your coffee / Caffeine fix and save dollars.
Short answer = Drink Tea
The issue for Coffee shops and many food places is that they hinge to some extent on ease of access to cash that has not been allocated to core expenses.
With many finding Electricity and many other bills fast outstripping any increase in wages; the belt has to be tightened.
Thus the first things to go is those little luxuries and a the price for a coffee or two a day per week; than can be savings of $25 plus a person or $200 a month. Maybe it's better to drink tea and put that coffee $ on to the mortgage.
I know that when I was in the office it was 2 or 3 coffees a day and then the odd one on the weekends. And that is how I validated a home machine and roasting.
I know that in Germany and a few other places; instant coffee is making a significant come back in the super markets. And as my daughter has found POD machines and Super Auto's in many places as it helps the shops keep prices down.....
