  Looks like a layered coffee, so the coffee is poured into the milk. By the look of the foam on top it could be a Vienna coffee or a Latte macchiato This is a good resource for finding out the ins and outs of international coffee beverages! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_coffee_beverages

  We had something like it when in Spain They used condensed sweet milk on the bottom We were always so hung-over we did not care because the place where we stayed was connected to a winery so we had all the Spanish wine and champagne we wanted for free.

  The best "Iced Coffee" I have had is a Baked poetry cafe' they use 2 scoops of homemade Vanilla ice cream in a tall Glass of Ice then they give you a double shot to pour over their coffee is just average with a bean deal but their ice cream makes up for it.
