After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

  • I love my morning cuppa but I cant drink coffee without having had a decent breakfast first yesterday was a bit of an exception though as I pulled a 10hr barista shift without breaks and only the occasional snack in between - had 4 cuppa's to keep me going! P
  • I admit that my breakfast is a double shot latte  ^-^.
  • My breakfast is (cease fire) a latte with a biscuit followed by a cigarette.
  • As a self employed tradie, early starts and travelling,my eating habits had to be to look after the often abused body. The main was to always rise early enough to indulge in food, cerials, toast and coffee. It must have worked as I celebrate my 80th next month.PS my ideaoligy on breakfast has passed on to my three sons who enjoy thier first meal of the day.
  • Random for me. Sometimes no coffee, sometimes no brekkie. Sometimes a long black or short or cold brew and mineral water.
  • I go on and off breakfast too. If I am in super keep fit mode I always have something, if not I tend to get slack and coffee suffices .
  • my daily brekkie consists of 2/3 of a cup of raw oats doused in water, one cappuccino, and about 20 minutes later a second cappuccino. Very simple, and Breakfast of Champions  ;) and truth be known if I was hard up for lunch or dinner or in a  real hurry I could do the same just minus the coffee. Sometimes when eating away from home with others that like to tart it up a bit, it will be oats with yoghurt and fruit or something.... The two capps are a constant however.
  • Breakfast of Champions indeed FC, I love my porridge with some almond slices on top and sometimes a small drizzle of honey. Oats mixed into yoghurt and left overnight in the fridge to set with some frozen berries or a small pinch of muesli sprinkled on top is good stuff too  :thumb:.
