After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Hai! - New to the forum

New to the forum, but I've stumbled upon this forum some years back. Found an interesting thread about tampers and decided to join the forum.
I was head barista/manager at a fairly young franchise, using specialty coffee. I'm a bit of a geek enjoy delving into the science of coffee brewing when I get time. Just started with another company and am heading operations there!
Espressos and piccolos keep me going when I'm at work, filter style and cold brew outside of work. ^^
