After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

to juice or not to juice ?

evening all
wondering what your opinions are on juicing or not ? Profitability seems like a spinner but is it worth the hassle and the mess and the noise ?

  • If your not near any major competition ,yes you could profit. But isnt there a juice bar on just about every corner these days
  • Frappes may be another option for you.probably not as messy and still popular(in my opinion anyway).Worth looking into. Greg.
  • juicing is very profitable, not so hard if u have everything ready on hand and get staff to clean as they go get hold of a book called "raw juices can save your life" by sandra cabot - and push the health aspect especially in this weather cheers yum
  • Frappes are great. Tey are easy, some taste great, and there is a good margin on them. You can do them in granita machines and there is a new one coming out end of this month which you can add flavours to individual cups. You just keep 1 as vanilla add can add a shot of coffee or a good flavoured syrup which is blended into the cups worth. If you send me an email I can pass on a contact.
