After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Favourite coffee website

edited January 1970 in Have your say
Hey everyone :-*,

I have recently discovered this great coffee website (www.voodoocoffeeco.com) - where you can buy fresh beans on line and even make your own blend...
I tried quite a few now and I am loving it! It is definately my favourite coffee website! :D

  • HI TV, usually we have a policy of no commercial posts without prior approval, but seeing as how this one slipped under the radar, and, given that I haven't actually heard of Voodoo coffee, I'm happy to let this one slip through, unless admin says otherwise! But tell me, what makes this coffee so good? The taste? The convenience of buying on line? The overall product portfolio? I'm curious to know! Cheers, Pat PS - Welcome to the forum!

Their store is quite cool too. You can go blend your own and they have cards to help you. Then they record your order on computer incase you get a good blend but forget what it was.
  • I must say, Voodoo was the first commercial coffee I tried and liked in Australia. As far as commercial coffee goes it is very good. But I say go Boutique!!!!
  • Oops :-?, sorry about the commercial post without approval... I guess I was too excited finding this website and I noticed there were few signatures with website addresses attached... Yes, I definately love the taste of Voodoo coffee, because I love my coffee strong, but smooth. I also like the choice of blends, because I like my Latte in the mornings and Espressos or Ristretos during the day and I can use a suitable blend for the type of coffee I feel like. :P The other thing I love about it is their Certified Organic & Fairtrade Blend and variety of Origins, which taste great and make me feel like I am doing the right thing... And last but not least is of course, the convenience of shopping online (I am a woman and I love shopping online, because I can shop even during work hours!!!) Regarding commercial vs boutique, to my knowledge Voodoo is a boutique Australian roaster and I
