Big ups for the tech side but really, what a total wank. I think if anything it would increase business of traditional shops. Love the oily beans and the horrid extraction. Drinking that would be considered punishment to anyone in the know  :rofl: :rofl:

Well, we already kind of do that here...... We have an ap for our clients to put on their very intelligent phones, where they sms us the order with a time for the pick up,  & pay for the coffee. They breeze in at the appointed time and pick up their freshly prepared espresso/capp/lartayyyyyy/macchiato/coffee of choice. And if they dont turn up or turn up late and the coffee's cold/old......they already paid! Its made fresh ie isnt "waiting" long term getting old and cold, & is a currently more socially acceptable type of coffee (ie not drip/perc). Doesnt get any easier than that (for those people that get a kick out of doing that kind of thing)! Attilio very first Crema site sponsor
